   From using the valet, to the excellent waitress service, the deliciously prepared food to the charming ambience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a fine dining experience.

   We love Franck’s! They always do such a good job. We started with the tomato danish, which was very unique and tasty. Cocktails were such a fun fall spin on old classics. I had the lamb shank, which was fall off the bone perfect and the complexity of the rest of the dish makes exploring and mixing and matching elements a journey of discovery. My partner had the mushroom pasta. With 5 different types of mushrooms, the textures and flavors were also a delight to the mouth. Malbec and Zin were good pairings for our mains.

   Second time enjoying Thanksgiving at Franck’s and there definitely will be more. An incredible four course meal with wonderful combinations of flavors. Service as always was top notch. Already decked out in Christmas decorations which just added to the ambiance.

   The flavor is always a marvel, and we love coming to Franck's as our holiday destination. I forgot again this year, to bring my own bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the quality of the wine selection (by the glass) was disappointing - Riesling was acidic and had to send it back. I replaced it with 20 year Graham's and was bitter. I suspect it's more of a storage issue because these selections are reliable options at other restaurants. Sadly, there was a hair in my dessert. I know Franck's can be better!! Just for the originality in flavor selections, I always recommend Franck's.

   My mistake was visiting Franck's for the first time during a "Special Occasion" like Thanksgiving. I've always wanted to go. It would have been better to come when they were serving their regular menu. Having said that, the service and ambience was wonderful. The food was a disappointment. The presentation, for the most part, was great. The flavors were odd. Everyone in my party had nothing good to say about the soup. For the price paid, I was hoping for a grand experience with flavor all with the familiarity of Thanksgiving. Even the turkey course had something a bit off, which ultimately made the experience a disappointment. I really doubt that any of us will return to Franck's.

   This was an off the menu wine pairing dinner. All of the courses were tasty, and the scallops were outstanding. However, two of the courses were very salty.

    It was a good overall experience in the globe. My girlfriend and I were taken away of the environment. The waitress helped me with my proposal! Overall great restaurant.
