Gale's Restaurant is a totally local Pasadena spot for delicious Northern Italian fare, tucked away from the tourist chains in Old Town. Couples, families and friends that seem to have just finished a day outdoors snuggle among the brick walls and small marble tables, drinking cocktails and wine from elegant Brighton goblets. Start off with Bruschetta, Burrata Salad or Gale's Simple Salad and then move on to the country-style Tuscan steak or one of the house made ravioli specials. For dessert, don't miss the Tiramisu or Gale's iconic Coconut Cake. The wine list is a favorite among the guests for it's variety and excellent value.

We had a great time last night at Gales. As always the food was delicious and presented perfectly. My wife and I always share and they split the entree for us and it was plenty! The service was terrific. Attentive and timely. We are never disappointed @ Gale’s.

Gales is a favorite, and they did not disappoint on New Years Eve! There was an additional menu with a great variety of more lucious dishes. I really enjoyed the seafood ravioli, it was delicious. Thanks Gales' for always making my visit worth it.

This was my first time dining here. The service was exceptional. The waiter was kind and patient. The r tire staff hustled the whole time to ensure that all parties were well attended. The food was delicious. My friend ordered a mushroom ravioli dish that was amazing! The food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend reservations via Open Table.

We really enjoyed our evening at Gales. The food and wine was excellent and dining in the tent turned out to be quiet, warm and cozy. The service was excellent. We would definitely go back if we lived in area.

Christmas Eve--pretty busy of course but everyone in good sprits and relaxed. Sat inside in te back room which was comfortable. Service attentive and friendly, drinks prepared well and the food was terrific. Love coming to Gale's!

This place has wonderful atmosphere and service but don’t order the chicken piccata or Parmesan . The chicken was tough and the sauce was dull. Not fresh tasting at all. Other items may be great. They did take the poor tasting meal off of my bill.

We were a little underwhelmed with the food. We feel the food quality has significantly deteriorated. We ordered the chicken park and meat lasagne. The chicken was bland. Tasted like it was reheated. The lasagne was on point , we really enjoyed it. We were sitting outside so we felt the service was ok till it was tome to get the bill. I had to ask 3 times and after I got the check, I walked to the reception to pay it because I did not want to wait another 10 min for the server to get it back to me.
