We are sorry that for a piece of advice given to you, following the request to have some Parmesan to put in the Tagliolini with WHITE TRUFFLE, you took it personally. Parmesan, having a very strong taste, would have completely nullified the delicacy of the Truffle. It would be like buying a painting by a famous artist and painting over it. Furthermore, the service on our part has always been friendly and professional, contrary to what you wrote. The advice from us helps to understand the dish and the reason why it was conceived in this way by the CHEF.
