Natalia was a very kind and knowledgeable server. We also had a young woman serving the food and she was excellent as well :)

A bad experience for us. Went to celebrate a birthday, but the food was not good. As a starter we ordered Argentinian sausage to share, but we received burnt small pieces what resembled sausage, flavour was nothing special and it cost 20 pounds. Way too expensive and a big let down. As a starter we chose the chicken, after we were denied the apportunity to choose the ravioli since of being lacrosse intollerant (we tried explaining that it is nothing serious). The chicken was moist but didn't have any sauce and tasted like normal chicken without much seasoning. As sides we got chips and mash (also very underwhelming). As a dessert we ordered the tart and sorbee icecream (since again the normal ice cream was denied). The tart was good, but the waiter didn't bring sorbee and explained that the fridge was broken and it could not be made. Instead he brought some oat icecream which didn't taste good, even though that we didn't verify that it would be okay for us. It wasnt good. After waiting for around 15min, we asked for the check just wanting to get out of the restaurant after a horrendous dinner. Instead of bringing the check he brought the birthday surprise brownie that the restaurant had told me they would provide for the birthday when I reserved The table. We were very confused that why it was brought after we had already eaten dessert and we were quite full. After The bad dinner it did not feel good. The price in the end (124 pounds) was way too much for this very bad experience. Only positive thing we had was the view towards The Tower Bridge. I would not recommend this after our experience. Would like a refund.

I was extremely disappointed with our dining experience. My friend has a severe shellfish allergy, yet she was unable to have even the chips, as they were cooked in the same oil as the shellfish. Additionally, her steak had to be pan-fried instead of grilled due to cross-contamination concerns. For a restaurant of this caliber, we expected better accommodation for dietary restrictions. Moving forward, we will opt for our local pub, where they can guarantee that food is prepared separately, allowing her to enjoy her meal safely.

Not the best Gaucho, it’s been refurbished and looks nice, except ladies toilet doors which still need to looked at and look pretty yuck with the dirt marks from previous fittings still viable. They need to revisit their timings we saw a major if not all table in and out within an hour. We started to experience the same and we told our server that we wanted the full 1 hour and 3/4 time for our table. She said no problem. So here are where the issues start… I had a cocktail and had not finished it when they took it away. Our starters arrived and I asked where my cocktails was and she apologised and they got me a replacement- no problem. We finished the starters which was lovely and they quickly removed our dishes however I still had a last mouthful of the starters when our main course was put in front of us, I looked confused as I was thinking we hadn’t even been given time to digest the first course however we thought ok let’s just have our steak, I touched the steak and realised it was only Luke warm, the plate was cold, I cut in to the meat and it was inedible. This was also the case for my hubby’s steak too.. so they took it back the managers rectified it and the meal proceeded as originally requested with our main course on warm plates and cooked as originally ordered. Now we asked for the bill and they gave us a complimentary shot and mini dessert taster which was nice as it was our anniversary. We got the bill and they had deducted just over 30% of the bill for the inconvenience . The manager came over and gave us her card and said to contact her next time and she will make sure we have a better experience. I’m not sure that we will go back but appreciate the sentiment and in fairness the staff dealt with the issues as efficiently and properly as possible. However the problems that we incurred should not have happened in the first place, cocktails being taken away before finished. Rushing the experience, cold plates, inedible steak not cooked to order.

Amazing location - not sure you can beat a view over Tower Bridge. The service was very good, particularly for my son who was celebrating his 21st. Food excellent, pricey but not unreasonable. A lovely place to go for a special occasion.

Had a celebratory meal and it was fabulous! The food was outstanding and so was the service. I recommend the empanadas, probably one of the best starters i’ve ever tasted! Highly recommend
