   Wait staff was super knowledgeable, and friendly. Food was great, and the Cowboy Cut Ribeye was perfect! Would highly recommend!

   Been here multiple times and always come back because the food is very good luckily the last few times I had the same server who is very good, tonight I went 2/13 to celebrate early Valentine's Day with my wife our reservation was for 6pm we got sat at 6 our waitress didn't check on us till 6:20 then when she came we ordered ur drinks and were ready to put in food she said he right back and then came back with our drinks we were ready again, she then went and came back finally the 3rd time she went over specials and then asked if we were ready we ordered our apps and dinners. It's now 6:40 at this point. We asked for bread 3 separate times and didn't get bread until our apps came out, everything was good and tasted fine however the service was abysmal. The waitress was no attentive and didn't come back to even say sorry for delay with bread and everything. What blows my mind is the place was not very busy at all like it normally is. I am extremely frustrated and it's very disheartening because the place is one of my favorites for a good steak but decent service as a high scale place like this is imperative especially for someone who has been there over 25 times. Managers need to go by and see how things are going more often and staff needs to be accountable for horrific service that was exemplified tonight

   First time to GMSS, very cool place, decor is cool. Had a drink at the bar, great service there. Placed was packed but no issues. Seated promptly for our 7PM reservation. Service was very good, food was very good, all in all a great night. It was my wife's birthday (they asked if we were there for any special occasion when we sat down) and when dessert came, we got a $25 gift card and a nice dessert with a candle, very nice touch. We plan to go back; we only live a few miles away. I had the cowboy ribeye, my wife the filet, both had a special tuna app. Did think the pricing was a bit high but we did order a lot- drinks and wine add up.

   GM Strip Steak was excellent. Our waitress was so sweet and very accommodating. And the pop-overs - let's just say they are the BEST!

    Another great experience at George Martin’s Strip Steak. This cozy restaurant is our happy place that we can always depend on to provide a fabulous experience. The food is always expertly prepared and the staff is just wonderful, they are caring and very attentive. It is highly recommended.
