We had reserved a table in the bar early as it is a vibrant area. Scotty was an awesome waiter and made great recommendations, including a nice bourbon. Two had the grilled salmon special that came on a bed of beet salad. I had the velvety lobster bisque and the steak burger. There is not a better staff in town

Food was great as always, and service was excellent. Only issue - we were seated at a table in the bar area and it’s a bit on the loud side, so try to request a table in the restaurant area. Otherwise couldn’t be happier.

We always enjoy special occasions at Gianni‘s. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Our server, Jessica, was a delight. We highly recommend dining at Gianni‘s.

We expect more from Gianni's. We wanted to treat some friends to dinner. Very underwhelming. My husband ordered Australian Wagyu med-rare to medium and it came medium well. There were big hunks of fat that needed to be spit into a napkin. The two orders of Brussel sprouts tasted ok but half of our order was not even warm. Our two guests and I ordered the walleye.My very first bite had a bone in it. The fish itself was very blah. No seasoning, too soft but the saving grace was a dill tartar sauce to put on top. I used all of it. We had a female server that wasn't very warm or friendly and we had to wait for long periods of time for her to return to our table. However, our water glasses were constantly being refilled and dishes were cleared pretty promptly. Update: "B" from Gianni's reached out and was persistent in wanting to make things right. She not only listened but sent us a gift card to give Gianni's another try. We will definitely do that and hopefully this was a rare negative experience. We appreciate that Gianni's wants customers to be completely satisfied with their entire dining experience.

Great high end consistent quality steak house in Wayzata, MN. Great food menu and wonderful wine list with both domestic and foreign wines. The bar is good before and after dinner, and great when I dine alone. I come back again and again and again…
