The steak and whitefish were delicious,” and the service was impeccable. The general manager, Spencer, made us feel welcome and appreciated. He truly cares about his customers and we will go out of our way to come back to eat here again.

Everyone (and I mean everyone) we encountered made an effort to greet us, say hello, ask how everything was, wish us a good night, and thanked us for joining them. The luxury level customer service we saw tonight was excellent. Food was outstanding as well. Meat cooked to perfection. Sides and drinks outstanding as well. Overall a great night!

                                                                                                              I have eaten at off the Gibson Restaurants here in Chicago area here quite often and find the chain to be up there with upscale restaurant. Because these eateries are very popular, they then to be quite crowded with table placed closely together which creates an atmosphere of claustrophobia along with a very high noise level along with the feeling on non privacy.
