                                            Chicken in Milanese was thin and dry as cardboard. Server was sarcastic after we asked her if we can order starter first then wait “a few minutes” to order dinner. Table was dirty. Chair was sticky from a previous spill. Desserts (toffee pudding, pb mousse) were great. Poutine was very good.

                                            Our server, Sandy, made sure that our order was perfect. My husband enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie, loaded with meat and veggies and topped with a blanket of piping hot mashed potatoes. My burger was perfectly prepared.

                                            Overall, our experience at this location was excellent. The hostess was friendly and sat us early, as it took us less time to get there than anticipated. The restaurant is a long strip with three rows of tables. It was designed with two long strips of horizontal tables with vertical high-top tables and service stations down the middle. We were sat in the middle near a doorway to the next part of the restaurant. I felt like I was sitting in the middle of the way and frequently got bumped. I suggest requesting any of the low tables. The server was friendly and efficient, despite having a large number of tables to tend to. Our food was nothing short of incredible. We had the Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower as an appetizer and it was far better than I imagined. I had the Shepard’s Pie. After wanting to try it my whole adult life, it did not disappoint. My mother had the Fish and Chips. She was impressed, despite getting several bones in her filets. This woman hates fishy foods, but LOVED the fish and chips with lots of house-made tartar sauce. After filling up way too fast, we requested our dessert to-go. It was ready fast and boxed well. Later on, it was the bees knees! The pricing was fair for the amount of food and quality of service/food. Every table around us seemed just as pleased as we were. We will be returning!

                                            Seated promptly for early reservation arrival.from there everything but the food (4 out 5) was pitiful. Our Waiter, who’s name we were never offered tossed the menus on the wet sticky table before us while mumbling something resembling something about “duty want Jiinx”. The table Runners/ Bussers were cordial, trained but the Waiter we endured was among the poorest. Save your money, save your dignity and save on cleaning (yeah, this Clown spilled a water glass on my drink and lap after throwing the Dessert Boards onto our table). It’s more High School Faculty Cafeteria than a Pub with high Prices and no manners.

                                            Server was un attentive. Got my drink after apps and entree. Sticky wings were salty. Chicken pot pie and Beef Wellington were under seasoned. During entree course, server forgot silverware. Enjoyed the calamari and the Caesar salad. Overall an underwhelming experience considering it has Gordon Ramsay’s name on it. After leaving the pub saw they had an actual Hell’s Kitchen restaurant. Will try and hopefully it will be a better experience than the pub.

                                            The food was Awesome! This was our second time at the Pub. My mother had the Pub Experience. That is one of the best ways to experience Gordon's signature Wellington and Sticky Toffee pudding. The rest of us had the Shepard's pie, Chicken Pot pie, and Grilled Salmon. Everything was on point and well prepared. Our wait staff was good, but seemed flustered at points. Our waiter had to repeat our order three times. Everything came out perfect. I highly recommend reservations. Also, the signature cocktails were well made and balanced.
