   Drinks and service were great as always. Food leaves a little something to be desired. Dishes seem to be a bit bland and are several came lukewarm rather than hot

   Food and drinks were very good and the drink selection was excellent. Really enjoyed giving the password to enter the “speakeasy.” While it was close, I was hoping for a more authentic 20’s vibe, but still enjoyable for our date. We’ll come again.

   This is a place my wife and I have come to many times and, unfortunately, this will be our last time. We like to go for dinner when we come down to visit from Baltimore and it has seemed to decline over the years. The food and drinks were very disappointing, our server seemed to be the only one working the majority of tables, so she was spread far too thin, and while it’s a personal preference, the whole vibe is so much more casual than it used to be. When we first started coming, the staff were dressed in period clothing, or at least just more dressed up. The patrons were much less casual. The whole speakeasy vibe was pretty solid and it was like a special night out, but now, it just seems to be a restaurant like any other. Again, just our preference and everyone should be comfortable. Spending close to $200 prior to the tip though, I just would prefer it the way it used to be.

   Sterling was our waiter. He did a wonderful job guiding us on drink & food options. The Virginia flight and smoked Old Fashioned were delicious. The Ossobuco was very tender & shrimp & grits tasty. Enjoyed the ambiance.

   This place is really only good for sitting at the bar for a drink and appetizer. Server was inattentive. We had to go looking for them multiple times. The food reads like it would be delicious but comes out tasting lackluster and disappointing.

   Overall a decent experience. We would possibly go again for cocktails only. Had reservations but sat at a barrel table with tiny barstools. Filet was probably 3 ounces of fat and sides were wrong. Not a complainer so turned down the offer to cook another filet. Servers were friendly and ambience was nice.

    The food was amazing. Our server was not present most of the evening and didn’t even realize that the bartender or someone else delivered our drinks.
