                                                                        We enjoyed an early dinner at The Greenbriar Inn, and from beginning to end, everything was delicious, immaculately plated and presented. All throughout, our servers were nothing but cordial, attentive, and thoughtful. What a special and beautiful location - we look forward to having our wedding here later in the year!

                                                                        In celebration of our wedding anniversary, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Greenbriar last evening. We were seated in the bar area (our choice) and our bartender and server, Matt, was very attentive with our cocktails as well as our dinners. We ordered the soup of the day which was very tasty and the Arugula and Apple Salad (blue cheese on the side). The salad was absolutely incredible! For our main entrees, we ordered the Grilled Colorado Filet of Beef and the Beef Wellington. Both dishes were fantastic! Dessert was the Lemon Blueberry Tart which was divine! The Greenbriar is always our go-to for any special occasion. The service and food quality are excellent and the ambiance cannot be beat. Thank you, Greenbriar, for another fantastic anniversary dinner!

                                                                        True history when you walk into this beautiful restaurant! Monte Cristo is amazing!! So is the French toast!! The assistant server Courtney is Amazing!! The very best!! Highly recommended!!

                                                                        We have eaten at the Greenbriar several times and everything was always delicious but this time was disappointed. I ordered the filet and although cooked to what I asked it was dry,My husband had the lamb and felt was not as good as the last time we were there Am not a fan of the white apsaragus but that's my opinion Also the charcuterie board was delicious except would like a few morse slices of the bread and the pickles were sliced so thin it was very difficult to pick them up Either replace with olives or cut a little thicker. I hope you broaden your menu with 1-2 more choices for the beef. With things so expensive this was suppose to be a special evening and it was not but we will return to Greenbriar because in the past has always been wonderful
