   We were a party of 3 - first time at Guppy’s. We loved it! We love all of the fish taco and sandwich restaurants, but if you’d like something a bit more upscale (but still casual), with more variety in the menu - then this is the restaurant for you! Lobster and seafood pasta were especially outstanding.

   We ordered oysters and the half shell and they were magnificent next we ordered the early bird salmon and that was outstanding. It was a very substantial amount of food very impressive. Service was excellent. Our waiter was always there Ahead of our needs. Overall  it was a great experience, although it gets very crowded so make a reservation would be my recommendation. Then take a walk on the beach after dinner.

   We enjoyed Guppy’s so much. My husband loved the shrimp. The upside down apple pie with cinnamon brown sugar ice cream for dessert was the highlight for me!! Our server, Anthony was excellent!!

   For many years it has been a go to spot on the beach. It has a wide variety of fish, meat and handhelds. We had the seafood pasta 9recommended by our server), fresh Grouper grilled with a butter sauce and Short Ribs. All were very good. The special soup was a roasted butternut squash crab bisque that was outstanding. Great outdoor patio and a reservation is a must!

   Everything here was perfect. It’s a shame we just found it. Leaving in 2 days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

    I made reservations for my husband and me. When we arrived they had empty tables outside, but we were told nothing available. We were seated in the bar area with people standing because they did not have chairs. The waitress even had to squeeze by. She seen we weren’t pleased and tried to get us another table. Again, nothing else. We had ordered the ceviche and it was not that great, so I figured the rest of the food along with the atmosphere was not going to be good, so we took the check, paid and left. I Would not return.
