So we went here on Friday and enjoyed our experience but went back Sunday and it wasn’t as good the server was definitely in a rush to get us out . I was in the middle of eating and she asked if I needed a box? We came in 3 hours before closing so not like we walked in at closing . The food was very good though .

We got there for our 12:15 reservation at 11:50 and wasn’t seated until about 12:45. Staff was rude. Experience wasn’t good.

Service was amazing as always but the food has just gone so down hill. It's not like how it used to be. Boneless chicken fingers were hard a rock and fake. Nachos seemed like it was just chips and someone threw a little bit of stuff on them. Like something I could make at home not restaurant quality. The pulled pork sandwich was Luke warm and average at best. It's unfortunate as we always look forward to going to hard rock when we go away.

Husband ordered cowboy steak dinner mashed potatoes were crushed over and had a sore test green beans were completely dried out Manager offered to replace mashed potatoes with fries had them in less than a minute so can’t get McDonald’s fries that fast so afraid to eat those got offered a piece of juniors cheesecake opened bag before we left cheesecake was crumbled and a mess to even look out Not impressed with food or apparently they don’t care about what kitchen staff does

We were excited to visit yet another Hard Rock but upon walking in were met with music so loud we couldn’t hear the hostess or the young man seating us. Fine…it’s Hard Rock right? The music is to be expected but not so loud that you can’t hear the person directly seated across from you. My husband ordered a Margherita pizza as a starter and a tropical margarita. He really enjoyed the pizza then a Classic Burger. Followed up was my Passionfruit Mai Tai (it tasted the way mulch smells) and I ordered the Steak Cobb Salad medium well. I got medium rare instead as well as the steak being cold due to it being on a cold salad. Ok. Salad good steak no. The steak should be put on a hot fajita plate and set on the salad at the table so as not to get cold by the time it hits the table. Or just left on a hot fajita plate so I could place it as I ate. Our server was great. She understood my dislike of the drink and immediately brought my strawberry basil lemonade. She also offered to have a discount taken off the steak cobb salad. I wish I could’ve actually heard her name in order to include her in this review. Would I go again? Maybe. Does anyone want cold steak on their salad? No.

We recently visited Hard Rock at the Foxwoods Casino. We understand how busy it was but the “attitude” we received from your hostess was totally uncalled for. Upon arriving at 11:15 she immediately asked if we had a reservation and abruptly stated without one there would be a limited chance of being seated because it was so busy. We could see seats were available. We regrouped and immediately made a reservation and had several times to pick from. We chose 11:45. We arrived around 11:30 and she abruptly stated we could not be seated until that time. Again..we understood. However , what we observed while seated was ridiculous!! As she stood there with her hands on her hip she continued to turn people away even though there were tables available for a very long time. The day was busy with competition participants BUT in no way should anyone be greeted like that. Upon our departure the line at the hostess desk was so long we knew what all those people would be receiving. A terrible greeting!! Hard rock was in for a loss of dollars as well.

Despite having 3 large parties, the restaurant was slow. Not sure why it took 40 minutes for our food to come out. Kids meal and 2 entrees.
