Had to change our plans on short notice, as we had a reservation elsewhere but closed early due to a winter storm, and fortunately they were still open! Food and drinks were delicious and our server was very attentive and offered recommendations/knowledgeable about the menu.

Once seated for dinner, server seemed to push for order then (after entrees arrived), we didn’t see him again for maybe 25 min. My steak was tough and swimming in sauce. With delay in server coming back, wasn’t able to return the steak or order a 2nd glass of wine. Appetizers were very good and my friend’s entree was fine. Just overall dining experience seemed more like a chain restaurant.

He not only gave us a wonderful dining experience but got to know us on a personal level. My mother is terminally ill and the only thing she asked for this holiday was to be waitied on.
