   Unfortunately the service did’nt work out that great this time. The waiter forgot to bring the champagne we ordered for our starters. Also no one checked up on any of our servings. Rather disappointing, considering the standard we expected from earlier visits.

   Hawksmoor remains my “go to” steakhouse in London. High quality food and outstanding service - friendly and attentive. I normally frequent the Covent Garden venue which has a better vibe and ambience - though the staff more than made up for my foray to Knightsbridge. For wine lovers with their steaks Hawksmoors £5 Monday corkage is truly exceptional. A brilliant night out

   Found the steak quite tough. Despite restaurant being quiet, there was a long wait. Recognise steak needs to rest but felt excessive.

   Absolutly the best Steakhouse in London! We came every year, the service is very nice and the Steaks are the best. We love it!!

   Disappointment. Average. Over priced for what it is. Just a piece of meat charcoal grilled. No taste, dry. The meat itself was just not of any quality at all. Can get better in Sainsburys. Expected better from a renowned steak house really. Side dishes were also very ordinary. Overall, it was simply a disappointment, especially when you consider the price. Avoid.

   We Love Hawksmoor. Usually visit Borough and have had many great experiences there - we go as often as living in Wales allows. We always have a great experience with attentive, sociable staff who go above and beyond. I must say, although Knightsbridge was good, I prefer Borough - staff are more attentive/sociable and the atmosphere/decor is more my thing.

    Hawksmoor food is always a safe bet, of particular note were the Vietnamese Oysters to start, and the steaks were all perfectly cooked. What made our meal tonight was the staff - they were so professional, engaging, and fun. It’s unusual to see/experience such a slick team. We were very well looked after - they even moved us when they realised that the overly-loud attention seeker on an adjacent table was negatively affecting nearby tables! Will definitely return.
