I would prefer the wine was left on the table rather than waiting to refresh our glasses. They should offer as an option rather than a default. Service was impeccable.

Had a lovely family lunch today at Seven Dials, which is especially great on Mondays because you can bring your own bottle and enjoy a nice meal with a special wine without breaking the bank. An amusing yet surprising moment occurred when a little mouse darted across the restaurant floor, just inches from my foot, catching the attention of many guests. The manager profusely apologized for the incident, explaining that the unexpected visitor had likely come from the neighboring establishment—almost as if they knew the mouse personally! Despite this, we had a nice lunch. However, given the circumstances, we expected a bit more from the staff in terms of handling the situation.

Really disappointed Im a big Hawksmoor fan and is always been fantastic in the many times I’ve been, but this was terrible ☹️ Front desk girl upstairs was off hand when we arrived and not at all welcoming, seemed like she was having a bad day. Then had to wait 35 minutes for our table. Ordered an expensive Portuguese Duro bottle of wine which was so bad we had to ask them to change it. When our food arrived it was stone cold and we had to send it back. My ribeye was poor nowhere near the normal standard, but by this stage I was embarrassed about having to complain so much so didn’t say anything. Our server was great though and to be fair they credited £100 off the bill because of it, so we gave her a £50 tip. But to sum the night off when we left we said thank you and good bye to the girl on the front desk and she completely ignored us and was slumped over her mobile completely oblivious. Appreciate it was coming up to Christmas and they were busy but I can’t believe Hawksmoor have let themselves slip so badly, really disappointing.

Went on a Christmas work do. The starters were excellent but when it came to the steak I was very disappointed. I ordered one of the special ribeye cuts, to be cooked medium rare. What turned up was one of the toughest bits of meat, cooked rare would be an understatement. Ate some of it and had to send it back to be cooked again. Such a disappointment because the sides then go cold. The waiter was very apologetic. Ultimately if you're a high end steak restaurant and you're unable to cook a steak properly you need to go back to the drawing board. This isn't the first time this has happened here but will be the last. If I'm going to be spending £120+ for a dining experience I shouldn't leave feeling disappointed.
