Serving brunch all day and delicious dinners at night, we cook every dish from scratch; bake bread, make jams and chutneys and smoke our own fish. If we don't know where produce comes from we won't serve it. Our ingredients are as fresh, local and seasonal as possible.

Sustainability is at our heart. We don't serve bottled water, but filter our own. We're passionate about responsible waste management and won't compromise our carbon footprint for profit. We are proud to have been awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. We look forward to welcoming you.

The food was amazingly cooked and seasoned. It tasted fantastic as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept topping up the drinks for bottomless brunch.

A small friendly restaurant in the middle of a small friendly town. Here in Berkhamsted has a great local vibe with fantastic service and food that’s every bit as tasty as a high end bistro. The steak night offer is particularly good value for some of the best steak I’ve eaten in ages.

This restaurant doesn’t disappoint, the service is very efficient and the food great. It’s a great breakfast spot which I have visited many times now.
