   Tristin is such a wonderful server. He made my husband’s 50th birthday celebration so special. Chef prepared incredibly special appetizers for our celebration and a fabulous vegetarian entree me and my niece. We had the best night. 😃

   Exceptional food! Great steaks and the special side dish was really tasty - roasted squash with pepitas. The lemon cheesecake for dessert was absolutely amazing. We were not rushed even though we were going to the show.

   Thunder Valley High Steaks Restaurant is expensive but a great experience. The ambience and atmosphere are great, the Wait Staff was wonderful, our Waitress, Ronney was excellent. Cocktails were great, a wide selection of wines and a full menu. Our shared Wedge Salad was one of the best, my wife had Prime Rib to her Blue (very rear) liking! However, we can never share a steak as my preference is Medium Well! So this was the only issue/exception, with my Filet Mignon, it was very Well Done (not pink), which for a Restaurant of this caliber, one would expect you would get a Steak exactly as ordered? However the taste was good! We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to share a Special Night together!

   Top notch steakhouse. All was delicious, petite filet mignon, Brussels sprouts and meatball & polenta appetizer but the star of the show was the lamb chops!

   While the ambiance was lovely, the food came out lukewarm and was disappointing. It was my sons 21st birthday. After receiving our appetizer, it took 55 minutes to receive our main course. The server did come out once to let us know we were behind a large party and that's what was taking so long but that was it. Main courses finally arrive the potatoes au gratin literally had congealed cheese on top and the potatoes themselves were cold. I couldn't even eat two bites. My scallops were lukewarm and gummy and smelled quite fishy. Scallops should not smell fishy. Nothing as unappetizing as eating bad fish. I ate one and left the rest. The creamy spinach was good but too salty. And my son said his ribeye was good but he was so starving at that point but he ate less than half. The server did remove the potatoes from the bill. Servers were nice so I really didn't want to complain but I doubt we would ever eat there again.

   The service was phenomenal however the food that I had wasn’t great. I had the prime rib and it was chewy seems like a bad cut. I also had their special seafood bouillabaisse and it was just horrible. It wasn’t soupy at all on top of that they put elbow/shell pasta which soaked up all the soup. That was a failure. And I felt really rushed.
