Hugo’s is very special. Kinda old school which I love. The beef Wellington is most delicious. They really treat woman special, rose when you enter every time. Get dressed up men wear a jacket (if you please) and feel like royalty! Prices very similar too the other high end steakhouses on the strip.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere old school and, as always, the rose was a nice touch. However, we were disappointed with the service this time. The crew worked together efficiently but should give their diners time to enjoy the atmosphere and their cocktails before rushing into dinner, isn't that how fine dining should be? The bread was platter was delivered before our cocktails. The moment we finished ordering the salad was being made and there was probably 2 minutes between our salad plates being cleared and our entrees being served. I was finished eating before my husband but, instead of waiting for him to finish, the bread and my side were cleared. No coffee or after dinner drinks were offered even though we had dessert. There are so many great restaurants in Vegas, Hugo's staff could've done a better job.

Pricey meal, but worth the cost. The food, service, and ambiance were all great. We will go back next time while visiting Las Vegas.

Nice, but a bit crowded, had to rearrange so that salad cart could be rolled around.A bit lacking in food quality. Also dishes left on table much too long. Overall,a good experience to feel Old Vegas

My fiancé and I chose to have a pre-wedding celebration dinner at Fremont and I’m so glad we found Hugo’s Cellar. We were warmly greeted and sat at a romantic rounded booth. The wait TEAM was amazingly attentive without being overbearing. The Sommelier was one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced and our wine selection was perfect! The table side salad presentation was fun and fresh! Our entrees, Beef Wellington and Stuffed Shells were generous in portion, piping hot and mouthwatering. We were presented with a Molten Lava Cake, along with their standard chocolate covered strawberries. This grotto style room is dripping in nostalgia from old Vegas. We felt transformed back to a simpler yet classy time! This is my new “old” favorite in Las Vegas!!!! Thank you Hugo’s for a wonderful evening!!!!

Our server was not very engaging and didn’t attend to our table very well. The best service we received was by the lady who was serving the table side salads for us.

We are locals but took some friends from out of town last night. We were so excited to introduce them to Hugo’s and so disappointed in the experience! Service was literally non existent! From beginning to end the wait staff treated us like a burden (actively ignoring us) and everything took way too long. It was a 3 hour dinner for a party of 4. It was clear they were understaffed and the staff that was working was disinterested. Sadly we need to mark this one off the list - it’s too expensive to accept such a lackluster experience.
