    Unfortunately, they didn’t have any bone in cuts to try so we were limited to choose between filet and NY strip; My filet wasn’t great. Sides and apps were good but the cacio e pepe pasta was just a peppery mac and cheese.

    A very high quality Canadian steakhouse, but a bit overpriced. Service was excellent. The medium rate steak was too much on the medium side, but still great. The main room was very noisy. Worth doing for a celebratory night out.

    My steak was overcooked, which they did take off the bill, the waiter was good. It was quite expensive for the quality of the food

    Austin was an incredible server. My father and I are both in f&b and were so impressed by how meticulous he was, and nailed every point of service. I will be using him as an example when talking to my staff at Preshift when I get back from vacation.

    What an amazing meal and experience. This was our last night in Whistler and we have been to 6 different restaurants and Hy’s was by far the best on all levels.
