We had a wonderful meal and an excellent service in a true Italian food restaurant on Upper East Side, with a lovely staff. We will definitly go back.

Valentines Day dinner. The food was excellent, from the delicious , hard-crusted bread to the outstanding lobster salad app and Halibut, to the complimentary biscotti. Service also was excellent and courteous, considering the very busy, fully packed dining areas. Our original reservation was for 9:15, but Maria was positively gracious in accommodating my request for an earlier 8:00 seating. The bartender came over to greet us and invited us to have a seat while we waited. Overall, a warm environment and a superior experience.

Unparalleled dining experience. This place makes every single table feel special. Thank you, yet again, Il Positino. Our last visit was as memorable as our first, back in 2002!

Il Postino is without question one of the best restaurants i have been to. The food is beyond amazing if that is possible. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is a so warm and welcoming but also elegant and world class.
