Insignia Steak & Sushi is the creation of Anthony Scotto - Owner of Blackstone Steakhouse , Rare650 Prime Steak & Sushi, One10 Modern Italian Restaurant, Opus Steakhouse & The Halston American Kitchen and Bar.

Like its predecessors, Insignia's inspired menu features the finest prime dry-aged steaks and the freshest Sushi & Seafood, including fresh whole fish, served up in a chic, elegant atmosphere that is also a feast for the eyes. Picture a historic North shore mansion with cedar shakes, quarried stone and a beautiful turret combined with the energy and vibe of a trendy Las Vegas restaurant.     Been here many times, and food is always outstanding, but what separates INSIGNIA from other Long Island high end restaurants is the service. Always impeccable! Last night our server was Alecia (sp?). She set a new standard for service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and a joy to talk to. INSIGNIA should be proud to have her as part of their staff. She made the celebration of our Anniversary, truly outstanding!

    Insignia is the perfect spot to celebrate life's special moments. We enjoy the professionalism of the waitstaff, the comfort of the table settings, and of course, the food which is always excellent. Our waiter was exemplary and made our evening out extra special with her thoughtfulness.

    We go once in awhile and this time it was for my BIL birthday. We had ALEX taking care of us and he remembered we liked a specific Italian wine and made us feel like family! Place was packed and they were super busy but we never felt rushed. Alex took such good care of us and even brought a dessert with sparkler for birthday guy. Can't wait to go back!

    As always the food was amazing! Better than the food was our service with Ricardo. He was very attentive and very knowledgable about the menu. Insignia is lucky to have him. I will be requesting him when I return!
