Our cuisine is country French and Italian with a New Orleans influence. Although a majority of our seating is available for walk-in guests we do take reservations. While you wait we have a piano player and serve cocktails. We look forward to serving you.

    Wonderful dinner & servers with lovely atmosphere! Fish almandine, soft shell crab & escargot were superb! Oyster appetizer was good but not great and Caesar salad was not remarkable. We are local and often disappointed with the food at some local establishments, but not here. Music was a bit loud as was the crowd.

    We had a great night and an early dinner. My husband’s duck was super. I had muscles. They were very good. And the other two folks who we were with enjoyed their shrimp and lasagna. Our weight staff was excellent.

    Irene’s is the best restaurant in the French Quarter. The food, ambience and service can’t be beat. Worth the price.

    After leaving NOLA in 2010, I had not been to Irenes again. On a recent visit to the city I found they had relocated at some time in the past. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. After Galatoires the night before Irenes was its equal in every category. Our 4 entrees were perfect and the service impeccable. We are eagerly looking forward the next visit.

    we have been going to Irenes since the first night it was opened years ago...still the BEST Italian by far. the staff is excellent, always makes you feel special, first class service. The food is consistent and always great. Just the BEST in NOLA!!

    Irene's is our favorite restaurant in New Orleans, which is saying a lot. The food is always superb, and the service is outstanding. Reservations can be difficult to obtain, so plan ahead!
