Little Italy was built by the fishing industry. Ironside attempts to continue that narrative. It's our contemporary interpretation of the classic fish house and oyster bar. Located in a historic auction house on India St we did a full comprehensive restoration of the building, with three open-air culinary hubs featuring an expansive raw bar, chefs table, and bakery. We tried to be mindful of the past while looking towards the future. Groups of 6 or more will be charged an automatic 20% gratuity. A 4% surcharge will be added to all guest checks.

Ironside is now taking reservations for patio and dining room seating.

We are now offering Happy Hour MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 3:00PM - 5:00PM.

Executive chef: Moira Hill

From the OpenTable editors: Portholes, anchor hooks, and an enormous octopus sculpture—the nautical energy is strong at this seafood giant.     Great service and ambiance! The chowder fries and bread were soooo good! The fish and chips were good but could be seasoned a little better. Overall, I would eat here again! 8/10 for me.

    The server wasn’t friendly or engaging. Minimal service from her. The guy that brought our drinks was very friendly. The food and drinks were decent just a bit overpriced. Probably won’t go back.

    Great ambience, nice wait staff, tasty food woth smallish portions. It is way understaffed so getting to our table and getting wait staff was quite delayed. IWe were slightly underwhelmed though teh food was prepared well.

    Someone at our table made the amateur mistake of ordering steak at a seafood place… def don’t recommend that. However the octopus, oyster, are amazing, and surprisingly their homemade ice cream pairs so well with the black coffee!

    Had a wonderful time for my birthday. Staff came by to wish me a happy birthday and were very attentive without being overbearing. The happy hour oysters are a killer deal and really enjoyed my meal. Our server, Mitchel, was stellar! Great hospitality.
