   The Bone-in Ribeye is a staple, so perfectly cooked and flavorful. Truffle mushrooms complement it best and they have a very nice selection of wines to match. A 2021 Elouan Pinot Noir is a great choice. Finish the meal with their Carrot Cake it’s delicious.

   We decided to dine with J.Gilberts for our 10th Anniversary and we are beyond happy we did! From the beautifully decorated table, to the food, and to our amazing waitress! She was kind, caring, and gave the best recommendations. J.Gilberts is very lucky to have her, an absolute treasure! Thanks for making our celebration so very special, we will be back soon!

   My wife and I had our first date here, fell in love with it and come back a couple times a year. Our server, Brian, this past Friday was as always a great part of a fantastic night! We love J. Gilbert’s and will keep coming back!! Jim M.

    Dine here regularly with good service and ambience. Have tried most of the entrees offered and food is very good, especially the steaks and herb chicken. Rated only 4 stars this time because I tried a flat iron steak special that did not seem on par for J Gilbert's. I would not recommend. Dessert was great as usual.
