   Everything was absolutely amazing!! Mei Li was our server and she went above and beyond to make my bday extra special. Ask for her if you go! Will definitely be back!

   Best rack of lamb I have ever had. Delicious infused pineapple martini. J.Gilberts has a filet that is to die for. Always a fun place to celebrate a special night! Never disappoints .

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a classy yet energetic atmosphere that felt both upscale and comfortable. The service was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Our server made great recommendations, ensuring that every dish we ordered exceeded expectations. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the sides were just as impressive. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an amazing meal, J.    It had been years since we’ve been to J. Gilbert’s in Overland Park. It was an incredible experience. The food was amazing, the decor was modern and updated, and the atmosphere was incredible. They have a wide variety of choices in the menu and everything we had was delicious. They have a chicken tortilla soup as an appetizer on their pre-fixe menu, that is a unique experience unlike any other I’ve had in the past. It is so delicious and is so large, it could be a meal all by itself. The filet & crab cake entree also on the pre-fixe menu was amazing as well. The final course was desert. I had the chocolate cake, my wife had the crème brûlée. Both were the best we’ve ever had. Final summary 5 stars. *****

   Best place for steak and seafood in Kansas City. Everything from drinks, bread/butter, appetizers, starters-the best crab bisque soup, entrees-steak and salmon, and desserts all 10/10 or 5 stars. Our waiter Michael, was fabulous and had great suggestions for few individuals who asked alot of questions about the menu.
