Restaurants in Alsace traditionally have a formal main dining room as well as a casual dining room known locally as a weinstube or brasserie. At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

Nice long lunch today. Great service and vibe. Cocktails superb ! Food was French excellence. The soufflés are a must. We tried all 3 !

We looked forward to our return visit back to Jacques' Brasserie and it did not disappoint. The service by Angelica was perfect and the food was as well. We enjoyed the Onion Soup Gratinee and the Brasserie Burger with Frites were super. We planned what we ate with a view to ordering the Grand Marnier Souffle, which was worth a trip in itself. We look forward to returning.

Excellent food, limited thanksgiving menu, poached lobster, trout almondine, onion soup. Salad, chocolate soufflet, impeccable service, heating was not great in brassstie extension. Cold breezes when door was opened. It was not inexpensive

Another great experience at the Brasserie. We had a great meal, served by a great team -- Danny the host welcomed us, Jose made us drinks and Sondra served us. We shared the smoked salmon plate, medaliions of beef and a chocolate soufle. We can't wait to come back.

There is no better restaurant in this town. Food and service are beyond great! If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out on a great dining experience. Danny, the Maitre d’, will take real good care of you.
