Restaurants in Alsace traditionally have a formal main dining room as well as a casual dining room known locally as a weinstube or brasserie. At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

    We have lunch or dinner here at least every other month and we are never disappointed! The food is outstanding and the service is impeccable even with our sometimes crazy requests. Whether we’re inside or outside the ambiance is always perfect. Once you visit here you will always find time to go back! Thank you Chef and your staff!!

    We always enjoy the service, the food and the ambiance of Jacques Brasserie, the lovely restaurant off the garden and patio at L’Auberge. Our meal was very special.

    Great food and service! Noise level was low so our lunch was like “tranquility now”. A great change from the near deafening levels at most restaurants these days. As always, Jacques/ Chez Francois hit a home run.
