Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Beautiful restaurant, food was delicious. Temperature could’ve been better because the food came out warm not hot. Drink prices are excessively high. Service was excellent! A birthday celebration should have more flare. Overall, a good experience.

Such a beautiful restaurant with the most delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. My husband and I were unable to get a dinner reservation so we settled for lunch instead. We ordered the Chile Verde and the Carnitas, which were both recommended by our amazing waiter. At $40/plate it was by far the most expensive Mexican food we’ve had but both dishes were cooked to perfection and were absolutely delicious. The chips and salsa were also amazing!

Restaurant made my 6:30 reservation 15 minutes late - they weren’t ready for us. It was incredibly loud and hard to talk as a group. Food was good but a little slow. The whole place was very very busy and it seemed a little understaffed. Overall a good place, not great.

Really nice atmosphere, service was really attentive. Our server, Lucy was great. The margaritas were amazing, super smooth tequila. We had a Javier’s, a jalepeno and the cucumber margarita’s. The cucumber was the best. Hubby had chicken fajitas and I had the chili verde. We were celebrating our anniversary, so Lucy brought us a flan for dessert. Highly recommend.

Javier’s was excellent as always. Oscar was our server and he was absolutely incredible in not missing a beat in making sure we had an incredible experience. The only problem I had was the very tiny bottles of Diet Coke they serve. Just ridiculous for a restaurant of this caliber to serve.
