Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     This is a wildly popular lunch spot in Las Vegas. Understandably so, it is noisy. One of our dishes was mis-made with a beef chili relleno. Kinda weird, cheese was specifically ordered. We wanted the dish corrected but our server was nowhere to be found. We eventually got it worked out. Also, I would not recommend the Carnitas. Deep fried, dry and lacked seasoning. Overall, a disappointment compared to Javier’s in California.

    Staying at Aria and this restaurant was amazing. Try the jalapeno margarita. It was the best.

    We had Jesus as our server and he was so patient and kind. He knew what was on the menu and knew his drinks ! Best thing we had was their Tuna Ceviche and their Vaquero Steak

    We eat here each time we visit Vegas. Food was warm not hot. Took longer than usual to arrive. Server was ok but should have checked drinks and updated us on wait time. Never waited this long before. Prices are increasing and no rice and beans? What is up with that! Sorry to say may not go back. Super disappointed
