   Raquel was an excellent server and took great care of us. The food was wonderful; wish there was a bit dimmer lighting and a little more ambiance.

   Sadly, this was not an expected or typical Bartolotta property experience. Caesar salad lacked creaminess and arrived with a dressing that was thin & flavorless. Steaks - the hallmark menu item, were way overdone despite our requests for medium rare. Manager came to the table and took the steaks off the bill. One of us had a steak refired and it arrived not much better than the first time. Cocktails were the highlight. Server was lovely and professional but there definitely is a problem in the kitchen. Off our list for future dining.

   Excellent dinner! Tony was a great waiter! Food was high quality. Generous portion of lamb chops even though price is elevated. Perfectly done! Grilled cauliflower is spectacular! The wedge salad is the way all wedge salads should be! We will be back!

   First time visiting and was sadly disappointed. The waitress was amazing, unfortunately the food was not. 1st course - soup. We had baked French onion. 4 bowls. 1 was barely warm, 1 was good and 2 were burnt (cheese was black) Main course - 3 filets & order of crab cakes. Steaks were good but not worth the cost IMO. Baked potato was still hard on the inside, used my fork to mash it. One person ordered brussel sprouts crispy, they could be mashed with a fork. We had 3 drinks, 2 mock cocktails & a bottle of wine. The mocks were fantastic and the bottle was great. Cocktails not that great. In summary absolutely not worth the price of the food. Disappointing for a Bartolottas restaurant

   My wife had the prime rib, medium rare, and said it was delicious. I had the ribeye steak, medium rare. It was probably closer to medium/medium well. It was tough in some spots. I ate it without complaining, but my wife mentioned it to our server at the end of the meal. Offered us free dessert for the trouble. We declined. I've eaten at many higher end steak places, including Joey Gerard's in the past, and have never had this issue. I'm going to say it was an aberration for them or an off night for the person cooking the steaks. Made me wish I had ordered the prime rib instead, though.

   Service terrible Food and drink orders incorrect and came out at staggering times Entrees not correctly prepared Waiting long times & no communication from server Server performance poor My first experience here and definitely my last !

    This was our first time here. It was a Friday evening and quite busy. Arrived early to have a drink at the bar. Bartender was attentive and busy. Hostess came over to bar at our assigned reservation time to tell us our table was ready. Waitress was friendly and professional and seemed to know the menu quite well when we asked questions. Meal was good. Would definitely go back.
