Despite was New Year’s Eve and the restaurant was very well attended, the staff did not loose their cool. They had to keep people who booked in advance like us to wait for a little while, but it was totally understandable. After everyone was settled the night went ahead smoothly, with good food, service and value for money! We ended the night smashing some plates as per Greek custom! Enjoyed and definitely can recommend Karavas

Exceptional food! This place was recommended to me by a friend and Im glad I went here. It was also my birthday and they arranged me a cake and with candles and brought it out for me as a surprise. I love the food there! :)

A friendly restaurant with good Greek-style menu at reasonable prices. Notably friendly waiting staff. Does not stand out from other similar places in the vicinity but that is not meant to negative, it is simply that it has many local competitors

Karavas is a local restaurant of ours - one of several Greek restaurants - in the area. We have been a few times and find the food consistently average to good. The wine is reasonably priced and service is prompt and friendly. This is a great place to meet friends and there were several groups dining on the night we were there. For two courses each plus a bottle of wine our bill came to £63 for 2 which we think is good value for what you get. A plus is you can book online via opentable. This is a great place to go if you want an inexpensive meal out so if you like Greek food it is worth a visit.

Had a lovely meal in here on a Friday night, small and cosy, great atmosphere, friendly fun staff and excellent food...6 of us and nobody had a bad word to say...best chicken souvla I’ve had...even when I’ve been in Greece! Thank you guys for a lovely evening, we’ll be back
