   Enjoyed our evening out with good friends. Drinks, food and service were great. Had requested a table with a good view ahead of time. This is the 2nd time I’ve reserved on-line and seated at same spot? Not sure if it’s coincidental?

   Server (Judy?) was nice and paid attention to us and did a great job. Food was good but expensive. Didn't love the coconut shrimp but it was good. Didn't love the Ribeye but it was good. Didn't love the lobster but it was good. If it cost a lot less, I would have given it all a much better rating but for the price, it was just ok. The view of the bay was nice though.

   Over all a great experience. We had a birthday celebration and the staff did an awesome job. The 3 course meal was the best option for our party.

   Everything was very good as always. Our server is absolutely the best! We’ve asked for the music to be lowered several times while seated under a speaker. The worst part is the choice of music which is not conducive to a relaxing meal. I like the music but it’s more appropriate for a bar where it would be expected to be very upbeat but not for an eatery. Please change the choice of music Kincaids!

   We celebrated our anniversary at Kincaids and I just want to let everyone know that what a wonderful time we had. We started with the tasting sampler, which we highly recommend! The Valentine’s Day special was still available. Started with delicious clam chowder and the blue cheese salad. We both had the steak and shrimp, so delicious, they came out perfect, just the way we ordered. Ended with the cream brûlée. We were seated next to the window. Such a view! Thank you Kincaids for making our day special. I can’t forget our cocktails, they were great too!!

   Food was tasty and served promptly. Good table server. View was lovely. We had a 4:00pm reservation and were not seated for 20 minutes, even though restaurant was not full.

   The food was very good but the service was poor. The hostess wasn’t rude but she wasn’t pleasant either. We felt like a burden to her. Once we were seated we felt like we were forgotten. Once our server finally came over after about 15 minutes we asked for water. After waiting for a while we finally asked a busboy and he brought the water. The waiter’s attitude was ok but his attention to us was very minimal even when taking our orders. We could hear the booth behind us asking why their food was taking so long. Someone else brought our food to us and our waiter never checked on us until I asked for a refill on my water. When he brought my glass back it was a little more than half full and he set it down hard enough for our silverware to jump while looking somewhere else and kept walking. He cleared our table when we were down but left food on the table that spilled off our plates. Offered the dessert menu and then the check and we were out of there. The hostess station is right by the open kitchen and as we walked out the three hostesses were joking around with the cooks, if I hadn’t made eye contact with them and said thank you they never would have acknowledged us as we left. The food was very good. We might go back and just eat at the bar if we do go back. Looking around it appeared the real problem was how the staff was trained and managed. They looked like they were not very motivated. It was busy but not so busy that the staff shouldn’t have been able to handle it professionally. It is disappointing to see what was a great restaurant in the past run in this manner.

    Judy the waitress was amazing! The hostess’s were not on their job good with too much talking and not trying to seat people quickly!
