   LJ our server was amazing the dinner for 2 was amazing and manager Mohammed also a treat when he stops by to say hi and make sure we are enjoying our meals - We will definitely be back looking forward to the halibut

   ridiculous to find.no signs to follow. when we finally did arrive, they seated this all the way in the back next to the little busboy room where they bumped into us every time they came and went. I ordered chicken Dijon obviously the chef feels that chicken. Dijon is a thin piece of chicken with breading on it burnt to a crisp with some honey Dijon mustard in a bowl.. my wife had some seafood which was also burnt. We finally discovered that maybe they think by burning the food black it creates a fine fancy ambience for which they can charge ridiculously high price. Maybe someone should tell them that all this does is makes the food taste burnt. at the end of the meal, what we could eat of it and we just wanted to pay the bill and leave the only saving grace was the wonderful service from our waitress whose name was Kelly. She offered us a free piece of pie, but there’s no way I wanted anything more to do with this restaurant besides the pie probably would’ve came burnt also, I guess if you wanna spend a lot of money and show off maybe this is the place for you but if you actually want something tasty to eat well let’s say five dollars at the local. Burger King would probably be a step up compared to this place. I am never recommending this place to anyone in fact, I’m gonna go out of my way to make sure to make a point to tell everyone to avoid this place when traveling to the Twin Cities the only way this night got any better was a wonderful laugh. We got trying to find our way out of the parking garage where this supposed fancy restaurant is located but there’s no signs up so you drive around and around and around until you finally get lucky I thought myself quite the idiot until I noticed there were three other people following us because they thought we knew where we were going. I would avoid this place at all cost go hungry if you have to find a homeless person on the street and ask him if they have any food because it’s gonna taste a lot better

   Kincaids was where we had our first date 31 years ago and it is still is one of our favorite places. There is the North Loop or Excelsior but Kincaids always delivers! Exceptional food and service.

   Our wait staff was very poor. Not attentive. We have dined there several times and this was by far the worst. Our server tried to upsell everything. We were there for drinks, dinner, and dessert. Not appetizers, after dinner drinks , etc. or the most expensive entrees. We knew what we wanted to order based on past excellent experience. Not sure if or when we might return. BTW we spent $277 with tip( which I question if I should have tipped at all.) I always tip despite it all.

    We dine at Kincaid's on a monthly basis. We appreciate their consistently very good food and great services. We have tried numerous different menu items and are almost never disappointed.
