    It was my birthday, January 4th and we were greeted warmly. The server was very pleasant and she sat us at a very comfortable table. We ordered the seafood trio, past, steak and a chicken sandwich. The food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious. Since it was my birthday, the server brought me out a delicious creme' bulee. This restaurant has a great ambiance and I highly recommend it!!! The prices are also reasonable for the service and food that you receive. I will definitely be back!!!

    Love the atmosphere at Kincaids. Had some small service issues (waited a long time for anyone to stop by/get us water and no bread until we asked and medium-rare prime rib overdone) but our private celebration was nice. Would go back and try again and hope the service better next time.

    The shrimp cocktail had a terrible texture and was similar to precooked shrimp one can get from any grocery store. My daughter didn’t eat much of her sirloin. My wife’s prime rib was ok. My asiago parmesan crusted walleye was not crusted at all. The restaurant is very nice and the employees were excellent, but the food quality was not good.

    It WAS New Year's Eve. We waited a long time for server. She was VERY pleasant and thanks us for patience. Then we waited for water. Then we waited for food. It was very busy so I understand but not really a good experience. BUT the server was very pleasant and kind.

    Went to a steakhouse for New Years Eve. We get there and after selecting a wine to pair with steak we see there is a special menu for the night and the only steaks offered are prime rib and a 7 oz fillet. There was no mention of a special menu on the website, so we chose this place for a steak dinner. This is a steak house serve steaks! We then had to change our wine selection based on having to eat seafood now. It took close to 30 minutes before we even had a drink in hand. Very limited selection for a menu for the price. No oysters for apps which we also wanted. The dessert was a slice of chocolate cake about the size of a fun size candy bar. Very small portion for a piece of cake at a steak house. Desserts are usually huge and easily to share. Paid over $250 for a meal that we really did not want. Like I said we wanted steak. The food was good, the service somewhat slow, and very disappointed in the menu.
