Established in 1998, King’s Fish House is Orange’s choice for seafood. Located at the Stadium Promenade and minutes away from Angels Stadium and the Honda Center, King’s Fish House features a large selection of fresh oysters, seasonal catches, sushi and live shellfish, including lobster and crab, on a menu that changes daily.

We’ve been in restaurants a little while – three generations, to be precise. A long time ago, we embarked on a road trip in search of the ultimate seafood experience. We traveled down highways and byways, pulled up a seat, put on bibs and soaked up the seafood experience: the no-name dishes with unforgettable flavor, the fresh-caught oysters and clams piled high, the hand-lettered specials on ancient chalkboards and the savory simmer of every combination of spices imaginable.

    My waitress left after taking the beverage order. My new waitress brought my correct beverage order, and took my meal request. The remainder of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend the roasted chicken and Carrots. The restaurant was about 3/4 full, and seemed to have ample staff. Server name on my reciept was, I Yana. If this was my last server, she is an asset to this restaurant. She made my first experience here, enjoyable and pleasant.

    We keep coming back and trying new dishes. Tonight we had shrimp and scallops. Our server was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. We sat outside under the heat lamps and it was divine. The scallops were tender and delicious. The shrimp may have been slightly over cooked, but still good. I tried the carrots and they needed to be fork tender, but were not. They were seasoned just right. And we keep coming back.

    Service was very good. Food quality was a bit disappointing this time--some menu items we got were great, others not so much. I'll try again in hopes this was just an off night for them.
