   Nice night out. Food was great as always. Noise level was elevated but it was a Friday night. Def go for the food and service.

   They brought us the fried rice very late, long after they had served us the mains, and they didn't offer us a refill of water.

   I probably wouldn’t go for breakfast again. Our food was almost cold and not quite as ordered. But I love other food I’ve had at Kona. Our waitress was attentive but not hovering. Too loud to have a conversation, even for the waitress.

   Our server was tremendous. She really made it a good experience. Food was ok. Steaks not done the best. Great cocktails.

   We got set under the speaker for the sound system and asked twice if they could turn it down - it was that loud! Finally my wife went and asked to speak with the manager. He was incredibly rude to her for making the request. His attitude and tone were shameful and her encounter with him put a damper on our experience. Sadly, we were there to celebrate our Daughters Birthday. The food and service were wonderful. Just wanted to be clear and fair about that.

   We really enjoyed Monica and Rich as our servers. They were fun people and overall we had a fantastic experience.

    The dinner was absolutely disappointing. The service was nearly non existent and I feel like I should not have even tipped, but I did and it was not deserved. In fairness the desert was good but the $120 dropped on the meal, 2 entrees, 1 desert and 2 waters was such a waste of money. You are killing me! I would not recommend the Kona Grill, I will not go back and shame on you Kona Grill.
