   Ordered the sea bass which came out cold in the center. Had to saw thru it to cut and sea bass should be very tender. Sent it back and new order was properly prepared. Service was slow. Didn’t seem too busy but perhaps understaffed. The rest of the food was ok. Just so so experience.

   We ordered beverages. Received beverages.  Drank  beverages. Food came out cold not once but two times we refuse to eat it. Talk to the manager told her how disappointed we were with cold food. Paid for our drinks and left.

   They weren’t very busy but they forgot our starter dish of edamame and it seemed to take forever to get our meal. The food was tasty and the waitress was awesome so all in all it was a nice meal. The only other issue is it’s very expensive!!

   Poor experience. Went in for a birthday. No acknowledgment of her birthday. Table wasn’t set up when we got there, even tho we made a reservation online. Sat and waited up front to be seated for 10 minutes.

   Unfortunately, I feel like the food has gone downhill. This used to be a place I really enjoyed going to, although it had been a while since I’ve been there. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the avocado eggrolls weren’t crunchy like they had been in the past. The service is good, but the restaurant was kind of dull… Not a lot of patrons. I’m guessing the lack of customers has to do with the quality in the food and the cost of the food. Pricing is quite high for what you get.

   Outrageously poor experience. Thought it was a prank. We had scheduled a family dinner at Kona Grill. We had been to this location and one in San Antonio before so we thought we knew what we were getting into. We had to send back 3 dishes for different hairs in the food, uncooked rice, cold food, and did not receive a portion of our order. While the manager was kind and took a portion of the total from our bill, it was hardly enough to negate the awful dining experience we had. We will not be making a return trip to this restaurant

    Food is consistently good and they have a few irtems you cant get anywhere else. Their nacademia nut chop salad and avocado egg rolls are really special,
