    Terrible experience, made a reservation online for 9:15 was not seated till 9:45pm. Food took 1hr to come out and it was cold. Our sever was great but the restaurant management was terrible. They over booked and couldn’t keep up with the demand.

    We had a reservation at 9:00. Checked in early, but those who had a reservation at 8 or 8:30 were still waiting. Staff was obviously fed up and rude. Many murmurs of cold food, we decided to walk out

    Went there for Valentine’s Day dinner. Seated pretty quickly, but you could tell they shoved as many tables as possible onto the bar as possible to shove everyone in. Food took very long time, it was busy but still took too long. Getting ready to leave and register went down and we sat an additional 30 minutes until we were able to pay and leave. The only thing that made it tolerable was our waitress trying to keep us informed. All in all 2 1/2 hours for mediocre piece of over salted fish and substandard steak

    Went for Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t have been more disappointed. Got seated at 7:15 and didn’t receive our entrees until 9:00. My girlfriend ordered the steak medium rare and after the extremely long wait it came out raw and bland. I ordered 2 sushi rolls for 25 dollars each and it was mediocre at best. Had the shrimp and lobster roll and there were multiple shells still in the shrimp I had to spit out. Overpriced food that was not worth half that price. Will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone eating here. The only bright spot was the wait staff who were kind and apologetic for the poor food and cook time.

    Sam provided great service on a very busy Valentine’s. Food and drinks were very good, as expected. Restaurant was packed but mostly well organized.

    I ordered a bottle of wine and not only did the server not uncap the wine for me, but when I twisted the cap off there was a lot of mold on the top of the bottle. Tells me they do not know how to store their wine properly.

    Ate here for Valentine’s Day. Had an early reservation and was seated timely. Quality and taste of food was very good but my husband’s Las Vegas roll and a salad seemed skimpy. He ended up order an appetizer to complete his meal. Being Valentine’s Day they were busy and staff seemed over worked. Had to ask twice for a water that was ordered initially with a cocktail. Seems like a lot of items were missing on the usual menu- no shashimi or nigiri. Menu displayed outside the restaurant is from 2023 and shows more options and lower prices.

    My girlfriend had wanted to go to Kona Grill ever since she saw the restaurant week meals. We didn’t make it then so she asked me to make a reservation for Valentine’s Day. We went at 4, hoping to get some happy hour drinks. We didn’t realize there wouldn’t be any happy hour on Valentine’s Day. That was fine, I continued to order a margarita. It tasted like they made it with salt water. Terrible and it was so small for 15 dollars. Smaller glass than the strawberry cocktail my girl friend got. I then ordered a Michelob and after not receiving it for some time my waiter came back and said they’re changing the keg. I understood, he came back some time later and placed a hazy ipa down. Returned that, and just politely said hey man this isn’t an Ultra, he said he thought so too. Not sure what happened with the keg but I got a bottle. My girlfriend and I both ordered the wagyu fried rice, sounded so good. He came back said they were out of wagyu. I ordered the stir fry, it was fine… but wasn’t impressed. We were so disappointed, our waiter was a good guy. Nice and friendly but it sucked paying 120 dollars plus tip after having so many issues with the food and drinks. Won’t be back.
