- JJeannelleToronto / Ontario •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoMy first time at the king Street location and the ambience was great. Initially I loved it. My issue was with my order. I ordered two espresso martinis made with tequila instead of vodka and they both came loaded with some kind of hot pepper! My throat and lips were burning after I tried it. That was a major mistake in my opinion that unfortunately turned me off of the drink even though the waitress was apologetic and brought new ones. I understand mistakes will be made but when the bill came I was also charged 4 times for the two drinks that were originally laced with hot pepper! I didn't get the drinks removed from my bill for the pain of the first sip (long lasting burning in my throat and lips) and for the inconvenience. I think that is what should have been done in that situation. Other from that unfortunate experience, I enjoyed the restaurant.More infoJOEY King StPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Financial District•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe reason I chose Aera because I heard this restaurant offers an unbeatable view of the CN Tower. The atmosphere is cozy and the service was exceptional—attentive and friendly. Despite the weather, the experience was memorable, and the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great views and top-notch service!More infoAeraPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• King West•4.3

- JjesToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024I love Isla’s! It’s a long time Parkdale community treasure. My parents came to visit me for christmas from my hometown and though they grew up in Toronto when they were young, they are in their 70s now and don’t know where to go for lovely places to eat and enjoy themselves, as the city has changed a lot My mother worked for a long time at Womens College Hospital and then Mount Sinai and had many Filipino friends with whom she used to have pot luck dinners, which I did not know. She was so excited to have lumpia and pancit again! My lomi egg soup was incredible, and my dad’s short ribs were perfection and we all enjoyed the fresh oysters and empanadas My brother died last year, and this was our first christmas together since his passing and you made it so special. We will all be coming back ♥️More infoiSLAS Filipino BBQ & BarPrice: Expensive• Filipino• Roncesvalles•4.8
