Great staff, great food Restaurant was stylish with a good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Had our anniversary lunch here today, and our first experience of this kind of restaurant. We are in love. The food was sublime. The salads and sides were super fresh, and the range of warm sides covered everyone's tastes. The Garlic mushrooms were amazing! The the meat served to the table was all cooked to perfection and allowing you to sample all the different types to your hearts content is perfect. The staff are attentive, but not pushy, and can't do enough to help. We would recommend everyone visit this lovely reasonably priced restaurant in the heart of York!

What a lovely restaurant from the moment we arrived we were treated really well, waitress was excellent,food was superb and really good value, the only thing that needs to be made clear when booking is that its card payment only

Our first visit here and could not fault the experience. My flat iron steak with side orders was perfect. Not a crumb left. Hubby’s pork cheek very tender and the beef burger did not disappoint. I finished old school with Baked Alaska the perfect end to our meal. Ronnie was our main waiter but all staff looked after us really well. Great ambience and looking forward to returning.
