Originally we had reservations the night before but needed to change to lunch the next day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was unique and tasty. We had the Tuna Tower, the Hawaiian Roll, LA Crunch Roll, Rainbow Roll, Salmon Skin Roll, and Spicy Tu a Roll. All were excellent! We will come again.

We love Etch. We have been regularly visiting Etch downtown Nashville for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and amazing. First time visiting Etch in Franklin. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to mention that my catfish needed salt. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience as usual.

The food was excellent. Was a nice Valentines dinner. There were several small kids around us. So a bit loud for a quiet meal. But I know that can’t be helped. Overall this was our first time and we will be back.

My husband and I made reservations at Connor’s for an early Valentine’s Day dinner, and we were truly surprised at how great everything was. My steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly, and we both enjoyed all of the entrees and sides we ordered! The service was exceptional and it was just an overall wonderful experience. We both keep talking about how good the food was! We will definitely be back.

My wife and I both ordered pork chops for our lunch entrées. I am not one who usually orders pork chops at a steakhouse, but I must say this was perhaps the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Wonderful flavor and about 3 inches thick. Outstanding. The fried asparagus tips were also outstanding. Cheesecake with white chocolate topping was also exceptional. One thing that did take us aback when our check arrived was the house red wine that we ordered cost more than our entrées! $25 for a 7 ounce glass of wine? I’m sorry, but that is just out and out price gouging. We could buy a whole bottle of modest wine for $25. Again the meal was great as usual, but had we known that two glasses of house wine would cost $50 there’s no way we would have ordered that. We will know better next time.
