Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. We were treated like gold. Service was beyond excellent. The food was incredible. There wine we had paired very well with the food. What else can you say. Bambara is an absolutely spectacular restaurant!

We often dine there, but this time it was especially nice. Their new spaghetti dish is amazing. It was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had. I don’t particular like how most restaurants feel the need to put spicy heat on everything. Some of us don’t like much heat. This spaghetti dish had a little low grade heat, and was just yummy. I hope they keep it on the menu for a while. Kudos to Joseph for amazing service.

Our dinner was fantastic! We were impressed as soon as we stepped out of our car, the valet was attentive and kind. Hostess and front desk made us feel welcome. The waitress knew what she was talking about, she was so knowledgeable. We also loved the tasteful Christmas decorations.

Our waiter Josh, was so informative and happy. He was very friendly and answered every question we had. He was attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and our cocktails were so yummy. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Best night out.
