We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Capital Grille on Thanksgiving, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food, service, and ambience were exceptional, making an already special day even more memorable. Despite being extremely busy, they didn’t compromise on quality. I love this restaurant! It’s the best restaurant in Louisville! Every time the food is top notch, the service exceptional, and the ambience lively. I always get the lechon with congri and it does not disappoint. My partner had the ropa vieja and it was great. Our waiter Pedro was superb!

Dinner for 4. Our wait staff were wonderful, especially our primary server, Tyler. If lobster thermidor is on the menu, we recommend it. The grilled romaine salad is delicious. The smoked bourbon cocktail is fun and tasty. The key lime pie was very good, as was the butterscotch budino. Overall a great dining experience and is highly recommended.
