Restaurants near Bartow Arena

A wonderful evening celebrating two birthdays. I walked in and immediately loved the place. The atmosphere was classy and the music set the mood for a nice, relaxed dinner. Our server, Olivia, was friendly and very attentive. She offered explanation of some of the dishes we were considering and made recommendations - some is which we took. We had drinks, and shared an appetizer, the pasta, and the pork chop. The timing of food delivery was spot on. Overall - an outstanding evening out!

Little pricey, but GREAT date/anniversary/wanna-spoil-that-special-someone spot

Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.

Menu was set for Valentine's Day (choice of 3 starters, 3 entrees, and 3 desserts) at a set price. Everything was great, would like to explore the full menu at next visit.

Arrived approximately 10 min before reservation and we were seated immediately. Hostess was nice and cheerful. We were seated in an "outside" veranda area that was quite nice. A young man named Alex was out server and he was great. Handled a n y request and catered to us with a smile. If you're at the Birmingham location, find yourself lucky to get Alex as your server. The food was cooked to our liking and with a perfect temperature. The food we couldn't finish, Alex happily boxed and bagged to go. Would recommend anyone going, and would not hesitate to go back!!
