Restaurants near MayFair Shopping Centre

Glo is a classy restaurant and we always enjoy our experience there. Today my partner had a flatbread and I ate a turkey club. We were both very happy with our meal and the service.

Great as always. Amazing service. They were very accommodating for modifying the dish for no dairy..even suggesting an alternate sauce etc. Incredible. Really put us first. I had the sablefish…absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. We were told that we had the table for two hours but even though we were over…no one rushed us. Outstanding. Thank you!!!

There were my wife, myself and two guests. My prime rib was served essentially cold and my wife's vegetarian shepherd pie was tasteless. We did not complain so as not to embarrass our guests. We have had much better food there in the past.

When an entire hockey team of teenage boys is occupying half the restaurant, the experience for the rest of the guests will be compromised, as we experienced. Volume was ridiculous. Food was slow to come out. All not Bin 4's fault, directly -- though why a restaurant of limited size would accept a reso for over 22 teenage boys is beyond me. My real complaint was that our server was absolutely non-committed to our dining experience. Her visits were few and far between and even when we asked other staff to flag her down, she didn't show up at key times (ordering, refills on water, ordering more drinks, even just asking for a bill). She wasn't serving the large group, so her absences were rather inexplicable. It made our night a three hour venture, instead of two. Food was great. Drinks were great when we could get them. But non-existent service? A real downer.

 Everything was very good except two of us had meals come out that were not hot. Our server was amazing and I really liked that we were given the type of table we asked for.
