Salted Vine is always our go to for a date night in Squamish. The food is fresh and delicious. And beautifully presented. Try the new Octopus appetizer!!! It is phenomenal.

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

Our server Lenny was so friendly and helpful. Both our server and food runner took time to explain every part of the menu, and the aspects to each dish we ordered. My partner and I are certain we’ve had some of the best cocktails and the best sushi at Miku. Quality is their specialty and their service is always impeccable. Especially on a busy night like Valentine’s Day, everything ran smoothly for us and we were provided with a booth for the two of us which made dinner extra special! Thank you to the manager as well for responding quickly via email when I had questions about the set menu! Highly recommend their Aburi set, as it gives you a chance to try a variety of items, and for drinks the bergamot sour is a go to for a sweet yet balanced cocktail!

I don't even know where to start. Wild Blue is EXCEPTIONAL. The service was outstanding, the attention to detail was so appreciated...we really felt like movie stars! We all left our dinner thinking this is one of the best meals we have ever had. The steaks were amazing, the fish dishes were fantastic, and the desserts...YUM. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and wow...they made him feel so special. I have to say that Wild Blue is by far the best restaurant in Whistler.

The food was excellent and the service was great. The manager put her hand up when I tried to ask he a question. Then she ignored me when I tried to get her attention which I thought was rude. Our server was great and helped out when she returned from serving other tables.
