- DDeborahvipAtlanta Metro •7 reviews5.0Dined todayFlight is a must when visiting Memphis. Have you ever gone to a restaurant and couldn’t decide between two or three dishes..well this is your place. You don’t have to decide…just pick a flight of seafood, fish or game..flights of appetizers, desserts and of course wine. Great service and the food is terrific!More infoFlight Restaurant & Wine BarPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.9
- JJeffMemphis •8 reviews5.0Dined todayWe had a wonderful experience. Our server was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive. She made excellent suggestions. Our meal was awesome. The filet was cooked perfectly. The shrimp and grits were excellent. The Cajun pasta was flavorful and delicious. The Cajun shrimp with Abita beer bread was incredible. We finished up with bread pudding and creme brulee. Both were very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.More infoItta BenaPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Contemporary Southern)• Downtown•4.8
- MMarkMontreal / Quebec •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe’ve been to Memphis a bunch in the past and found Amelia Gene’s on a recent trip. I will always make a point to come here whenever I visit Memphis again. If you want an outstanding meal, great selection, and unbeatable service, you need to come here. It’s a classy but comfortable setting. Great music playing over speakers but not too loud to where you can’t have a conversation at the table. The building it’s in has been rebuilt from a 1800’s blacksmith’s foundry. Still has some old equipment to keep its heritage. It’s a must visit when you come to Memphis. We got the cheese cart, hummus starter, ravioli (more like onion soup in a lasagna noodle bowl, fabulous). Get the carrot cake! You won’t be disappointed!More infoAmelia Gene'sPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8
- CCynthiaMemphis •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe atmosphere was upscale. I love the variety at the salad bar. The majority of the meats were very tender, we enjoyed the Portuguese sausage, bacon wrapped chicken, parmesan steak, and the flank steak. The offered sides were delicious I would have liked some sweet tea, being that we are in the south. The rolls lacked flavor and color and I'm not just saying because I'm a trained pastry chef. Overall the table enjoyed the restaurant. Thank you and your great servers.More infoTexas de Brazil - MemphisPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Memphis•4.5
