DeCarolis introduces the first restaurant in the South to focus on fatta a mano —handmade pasta. Mothers and Sons offers antipasti dishes such seasonal bruschettas or smoked octopus. Choose from primi dishes like the bucatini al amatriciana, squid ink tonnarelli or rigatoni alla norma and secondi dishes like the bistecca alla floretina and eggplant parmigiana.     We have been to Nana’s a few times and it’s always excellent but tonight was way above and beyond all expectations. We had the Wagyu steak with several sides and the flavors were spot on. Our server was excellent and very attentive and knowledgeable. We always appreciate being able to sit at Nana’s and actually get to have a good conversation because the dining room is never too loud. Overall this was the best meal we’ve had in a very long time.
