Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Nice ambiance, friendly waitstaff and delicious food. Waitress was knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations. Service was prompt. The restaurant was pretty full as it was a Saturday night but it was easy to carry on a conversation. Will definitely return!

As usual, Laboratorio kitchen did not disappoint. The Sole was perfectly cooked and served hot over spinach and haricot verts…. And it was delicious. The appy’s and desserts were fresh and delicately prepared. Lastly, service was on point. Another great dinner experience, Bravo Laboratorio Kitchen.

For a hotel restaurant it’s bumping but the food was subpar I asked for medium rare steak and I got well done and the sauce on top was so citrusy it ruined the steak for me , didn’t pay attention to booming didn’t realize it was a hotel resturant but it was cute .. under staffed waiter had about 15 tables all by himself but he did a good job I most likely won’t return but thank you
