We love Chez Fabian! The food is always so great.

Food was very good and service was excellent. Although the dining area was full, noise was not a problem.

My wife and I died in here on a Saturday night and frankly, had a flawless experience. The dining room is nice and overlooks a working kitchen.  we were seated promptly and our waitress was lovely and attentive. We ordered the mussels and they were spicy. Highly recommend the provided bread be used to support the tomatoes, onions and sausage accompanying the mussels. The Bolognese sauce was delicious and my scallops and risotto were both cooked to perfection.  the portions were large and we didn’t have room for dessert. Great wine list with lots of selections from both Italy and California.

Staff were exceptional and food was delicious. My only concern was extra costs on bill. Not only were we charged $2.75 for paying by credit card but also $8 for sharing 1 meal. My 95 year old mom can’t eat a full meal. We would have gladly shared from the same plate since we were sitting together at the bar. We should have been informed of extra cost. There are so many options in Grapevine that I doubt we’ll be back to Dinos.

Waitstaff wasnt very attentive. I was served a glass of wine that had obviously been opened for awhile and I sent it back. Bartender didn’t query at all and opened a new bottle immediately. Food was average. Tuscan salad with shrimp. Shrimp was cooked perfectly but was supposed to be grilled artichokes, but they weren’t. $29 salad was not worth it. Very little lettuce of which some was past its best. Overall, wouldn’t have the salad again. Nice ambiance.
